1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Oceana Positive website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Oceana Positive provides custom-labeled packaged drinking water bottles for businesses (B2B) and personal celebrations (B2C). Our services include:
- Custom label design and printing
- Water purification and bottling
- Delivery of finished products
3. Orders
Minimum order quantities apply: 50 cases for B2B customers and 600 bottles for B2C customers. All orders are subject to availability and our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse any order.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made as agreed at the time of order. We accept online payments and cash collection by our executive upon request.
5. Design & Customization
Product images on our website are graphical representations. Actual delivered products may vary slightly. We reserve the right to charge up to ₹500 for complex custom design work. We cannot customise bottles with third-party or copyrighted brand logos or designs.
6. Delivery
We aim to deliver within 3–7 business days from design approval. Delivery is free within Hyderabad city limits. For outside Hyderabad, delivery charges may apply. We recommend placing orders at least 5 days before the required date.
7. Refund & Cancellation
Orders that have not entered production can be fully refunded. Once production has started, refunds may not be possible as products are custom-made for each customer. Please refer to our Delivery & Refund Policy for details.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Oceana Positive and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
9. Limitation of Liability
Oceana Positive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.
